YIN YOGA & SOUND HEALING AT THE CENTRE ELEMENT
In collaboration with Marine Ammar, I organize Yin Yoga and Sound Healing workshops at the Centre élément.
Marine is a Yin Yoga teacher, creator of women’s circles and practitioner of emotional massage and Reiki.
We created a special workshop combining the benefits of Yin Yoga and sound healing.
In fact, Yin Yoga combined with Sound Healing becomes a sensory immersion where soothing sound vibrations complement the benefits of Yin Yoga, reducing stress, promoting deep relaxation and balancing the different dimensions of being.

SOUND MEDITATION AT THE CENTRE ELEMENT - WEEKLY CLASS
Every Wednesday at 6:30 p. m, we meet at The Centre élement for an hour of sound meditation.
This class is accessible to everyone, you just have to let yourself be carried away by the sounds and vibrations of the instruments in order to enter a meditative state conducing to letting go.

FOREST BATH RETREAT FROM 27th UNTIL 29th OF SEPTEMBER
When : From the 27th of September at 3 p.m until the 29th of September at 5 p.m.
I am organizing with my friend and colleague Alexandra Fryda @moonsistersparis a special retreat combining the benefits of silvotherapy and soundhealing. For a long weekend and during the autumn equinox, we invite you to come and recharge your batteries in the middle of the forest and enjoy soundhealing group sessions, hikes and delicious vegetarian cuisine.
We will be staying at the Qi_Cabane, a magical place in the heart of the Fontainebleau forest.

In collaboration with Racines du Désert, I propose to you to go through a transformative experience, an environmental friendly trek in the Maroccan desert.
It would be a great opportunity to reconnect with yourself while learning the first degree of Reiki and while being in nature.
